Return and Exchange Policy
The "Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal in Communication Transactions" of the Consumer Protection Agency of the Executive Yuan has been in effect since January 1, 105, excluding the right of withdrawal for perishable goods, customized payments, unsealed audio-visual products, digital content, etc. The detailed regulations are as follows:
1. Article 2 of the guidelines: Goods that are perishable, customized, newspapers, unsealed audio-visual products, non-physical provision of digital content, unsealed personal hygiene products, etc. are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Product Inspection Period
Our fresh food products do not have a 7-day inspection period. Except for defective products, no returns or exchanges are allowed. After payment, it immediately enters the production process. Please confirm before purchasing, please confirm before payment.
Delivery and Pickup
- Please confirm your order within one hour. Changes or cancellations are accepted within this time frame. Changes or cancellations beyond this time frame will not be accepted.
*Refunds are processed via bank transfer, and the handling fee is borne by the buyer. - Orderer's name should match the ID. Actual products are based on the actual situation.
- Product images may have color differences, and the shipping order is based on the order of payment. Urgent orders are not accepted. Please contact us for special requests.
- Classic flavors are shipped within 1-3 days, no specified delivery date & time. Definition of shipping date here.
- Limited flavor pre-order time, shipping date, pickup date announced on the pre-order page. Please confirm if you can receive and pick up the goods; failure to receive the goods is considered as abandoning the order, and no refund, reshipment, or other compensation will be provided.
- Communication is only through email. Provide the correct email address and do not change the payment method.
- Website and store prices and promotions may differ and cannot be used together.
- Product Preservation
- Pound cakes: Check the packaging date and consume it as soon as possible if unopened.
- The preservation period varies by flavor; refer to the product description.
- Defrost frozen products until slightly soft before consuming.
- Low-Temperature Home Delivery
- Email notification with logistics number provided. Pay attention to the delivery time. Unattended delivery is considered as abandoning the order, and no refund or reshipment will be provided.
- Record a video when receiving the goods. Provide video evidence in case of disputes.
- If the recipient is different, prioritize the actual recipient. Contact separately for bulk purchases.
- Unable to deliver to specific locations; additional shipping fees apply for remote areas. Inquire here.
- Store Pickup
- Choose the pickup date. Available for ordering after 10 business days. Considered as abandoning the order if overdue, and no objections will be accepted.
- For same-day purchases, please visit the store within business hours. Flavor availability is based on what is available on-site.

Use of Shopping Credits
- New members receive 150 shopping credits (valid for 60 days) on the website and in-store, but cannot be used for items below $150 or additional purchases.
- Website members receive 10% shopping credits as a consumption reward. Sent after completing an order and valid for 45 days.
- In-store members receive 10% shopping credits, immediately usable before checkout, and valid for 45 days.
- Receive 100 shopping credits during the birthday month (valid for 30 days), not issued if overdue.
- Shopping credits can be redeemed at a rate of 1 point = 1 USD, with no upper limit. Some items and events are not eligible for redemption.
- Can be used on the website or in-store. Cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold.
- If an order is canceled, shopping credits may be adjusted at the discretion of the store.
Member Account Registration
- Different registration methods result in different memberships, and shopping credits are calculated separately.
- After registration, bind the email, phone, Facebook, and LINE. Different methods share the same membership.
- Provide correct information. Shipment is based on the provided information, and no responsibility is taken for incorrect information or refunds.
